Return windows by product

• Owllight Tulip Hybrid Mattress and Owllight 4D Air Light Flow Mattress Topper: 100-night trial. Please refer to the 100-Night Trial page.
• Owllight Willow Smart Pillow: one-month return window.
• 3D Mattress Topper, Butterfly Pillow, bedding, and all other standard products not listed above: 14-day return window.

Preorder items are not eligible for return or refund

Smart Bed and customised products are preorder items. They are not eligible for return or refund once an order is placed or dispatched. We provide servicing support if needed.

Customised products are also not eligible for a trial.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in the original packaging box and in unused, unsoiled, and unwashed condition.
• Items that are washed, stained, damaged, odorous, altered, or returned without their original packaging box will not be accepted.
• Return delivery, collection, and any applicable handling fees are the customer's responsibility.

How to start a return

Email info@owllight-sleep.com with your order number and return request within the applicable return window. We will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps. Refunds are processed after the item has been received and assessed.
