100 Nights Trial

Which products include the 100-night trial?

This trial applies only to the Owllight Tulip Hybrid Mattress and Owllight 4D Air Light Flow Mattress Topper. Willow Pillow has a separate one-month trial with a supplied trial cover. Other products do not include a sleep trial.

When can I request a trial return?

• The trial begins on the delivery or self-collection date.
• To request a return, please use the product for at least 25 nights and contact info@owllight-sleep.com within the 100-night trial period with your order number and reason for return.
• The trial is limited to one eligible product per household and cannot be exchanged for another size or product.

What are the trial return conditions?

Used mattresses and toppers are eligible for trial returns after at least 25 nights of use. The unused-product requirement for ordinary returns does not apply to eligible sleep-trial returns.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging box and in clean, unsoiled, unwashed condition.
• Return delivery or collection fees apply and are the customer's responsibility.
• The pickup address must be the original delivery address and the customer must be available for the scheduled collection.
• Products that are damaged, stained, soiled, washed, or otherwise not in eligible condition will not qualify for a refund.

How are trial refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and assessed by Owllight. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How are ordinary returns different from trial returns?

Ordinary returns must be requested within 14 days and require the product to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. The customer pays return delivery or collection fees. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
