It’s a good bed overall quite firm, which is healthy but to be honest, I don’t fall into a deep sleep in it. The good thing is, I wake up without any body pain. I ordered Owllight mattresses. They arrived as promised. Once out of the box, the mattresses were ready for use in less than an hour. There were no weird smells as some have indicated. I’m used to sleeping on a plush memory foam mattress. So I was a little nervous about ordering this mattress. The mattresses are firm, but not too firm and very comfortable and supportive.

The quality of the Mattress is very good and was delivered as it was described,delivery was very prompt. This mattress was perfect. It was very affordable and very comfortable compared to any other options in price range. It is soft but has some firmness from springs and not like sleeping on a totally memory foam mattress. Great value. There was minimal to no odor when we unwrapped it. We put it on a platform bed frame base.

How long does the rolled mattress take to expand?

Our mattresses are vacuum-sealed and rolled for easy delivery. Once unboxed, they typically expand to 90% of their full size within a few hours. However, we recommend allowing 24–72 hours for complete expansion and optimal comfort.

Which products have a 10-year warranty?

Owllight Tulip Hybrid Mattress and Owllight 4D Air Light Flow Mattress Topper have a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in their inner materials only.

When will my order arrive?

Most in-stock orders arrive within 2–3 days, subject to availability and scheduling. Extra Firm Tulip mattresses are made to order with no ready stock; please confirm production and delivery timing with our team before ordering. Read the shipping policy.

What is the return policy?

Tulip Hybrid Mattress and 4D Air Light Flow Mattress Topper include a 100-night trial. Use your product for at least 25 nights, then request a return within 100 nights of delivery or self-collection. Trial products may be used but must be clean, unsoiled, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Willow Smart Pillow has a separate one-month trial; use the supplied trial cover. Other standard products have no sleep trial and may be returned within 14 days if unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in original packaging. Customer-paid return delivery or collection fees apply. Preorder and customised products are excluded. See our trial and return policies for full conditions.

How long do customised orders take?

Custom mattresses are made to your specifications. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks after your requirements are confirmed. Contact our team to confirm production and delivery timing before ordering. Extra Firm Tulip mattresses are also made to order; please confirm their lead time separately.
