These Terms of Service apply when you use the Owllight website or place an order with us.

We sell mattresses, bedding and sleep accessories. Product images, specifications, prices and availability may change. We may correct obvious errors or cancel an affected order before it is accepted.

Customised products may have minor variations. Your confirmed order specifications apply.

3. Orders and cancellations

Please check your order details before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel; cancellation is subject to whether production, fulfilment or delivery has started.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms. They cannot be combined unless we say so. We may correct or cancel an order affected by a technical error or unauthorised code use.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates and arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete delivery address and ensure someone is available where required.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Return, refund, trial and warranty eligibility are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, 100-Night Trial and Warranty pages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Owllight and its licensors own the website content, branding, images and designs. Do not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.

9. Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or post or transmit unlawful, threatening or harmful material.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Owllight is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
