10-Years Limited Warranty

Eligible products

This warranty applies only to the Owllight Tulip Hybrid Mattress and Owllight 4D Air Light Flow Mattress Topper.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product's inner materials under normal household use for 10 years from the delivery or self-collection date.

What is not covered

• Outer covers, fabric, cosmetic imperfections, normal wear, or changes in comfort preference.
• Stains, soiling, burns, liquid damage, improper cleaning, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.
• Damage caused by an unsuitable bed base, improper storage, or unauthorised repairs or alterations.

How to make a claim

Please email info@owllight-sleep.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected area. Owllight will assess the claim and may repair or replace the defective inner component or product at its discretion. Any repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
