Standard Mattresses

We deliver in 1-3 Business Days except customized and pre-order mattresses. 

  • Working days - Monday to Friday
  • Delivery days - Monday to Saturday
  • Delivery to non-lift landing unit (including staircase within the unit) is subjected to additional charge
  • Free delivery excludes Sentosa and other restricted areas
  • We will not accept returns and refund due to wrong dimensions purchased
  • No installation included (Mattress and bedframe sold separately)

Customized mattresses

Customized mattress are made only when ordered.

Standard lead time: 30 Days after design confirmation and deposit payments.

Delayed Delivery: 0.5% of the total contract amount per day as liquidated damages. Delays exceeding 15 days may result in unconditional termination of contract.

No installation included (Mattress and bedframe sold separately)

Disposal

If you have aksed for disposal, please ensure that the passage out of your residence (applicable to HDB and private property) is not obstructed. Our movers shall not be liable for any damage to the property in the course of rendering the service.

Mattress and bed frame disposal may be carried out or completed later than the delivery, latest being the end of following day after the delivery of the order.

 

Proportion of pre-sale items

30% of single pre-sale items

Pre-sale period and arrival time

Standard items: 30 days pre-sale lead time, 45 days arrival time

Customized items: 15-30 days for customization, 45-60 days for arrival time

Arrival time is calculated from the day after the end of the pre-sale period.

Delays may be caused by force majeure factors, such as customs clearance delays, strikes, natural disasters, etc. The company will notify you of the latest progress by email.

Disclaimer

Transporter will not be liable for damages to the property space, flooring, furniture, fixtures and fittings when moving, transporting, installing or assembling.

The transporters would exercise utmost care and safety while executing their duties/work to prevent any damages.

To prevent the risk of any damages that might occur home/property owners and occupants can do the following:

Ensuring a clear path and remove any item in the vicinity of the path that might hinder movement, topple or might be affected in any way possible

Lining or placing covers on the flooring or walls to prevent scratches or any unintended damages

Proper communication with the transporters to let them be made aware of the situation, such as wet paint/coating/polish/lacquer and etc
