Singapore delivery charges

Standard delivery within Singapore is free under our current Singapore shipping plan. Special delivery arrangements, if requested, should be confirmed with our team before ordering.

Delivery timing

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 2–3 days, with an average delivery time of 2 days.

• Orders placed before 2 pm: most in-stock orders receive same-day or next-day delivery, subject to availability and scheduling.
• Orders placed after 2 pm: may roll over to the next day or a subsequent delivery day, depending on availability and scheduling.

Preorder items

Smart Bed and customised products are preorder items.

Customised orders are made to your specifications. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks after your requirements are confirmed.

Preorder items are not eligible for return or refund once an order is placed or dispatched. We provide servicing support if needed.

Order changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations can only be considered before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and refunds after delivery

Return or refund requests can only be raised after you have received your order.

Eligibility is determined by the product and our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be unwashed, unsoiled and in their original packaging, where applicable.

Return delivery or collection fees apply and are paid by the customer. Owllight can arrange collection, or you may arrange return delivery after confirmation. Collection charges are quoted based on product size or weight, timing, demand and logistics provider rates.

Delivery and installation

We do not provide installation services for standard products.

Installation is included for the Owllight Smart Bed only.
