• We offer a range of products and services, including mattresses, bedding, and sleep-related accessories and customisation.

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, but we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current.

3. Order, Cancellation, Payment, Coupons & Discount Code

• To place an order, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

• By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
• Cancellation of orders can be accepted only before a customised order is processed or invoice is printed for the logistics arrangement to ship your item (before "Transit to Ship" status) without seller approval.
• Owllight reserves the right to cancel the orders if there is a system glitch that allows unauthorized multiple coupons or unplanned discount codes to be used.
  
• Owllight reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions governing the use of coupons. In the event of any dispute, Owllight has the final decision-making authority.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 Business Days of receipt except for customised order and pre-orders.

• We use third-party shipping providers to deliver our products, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and complete.

5. Returns and Refunds

• In the event any Owllight products are received in a defective condition, customers may request for an exchange or refund via our live chat or email in at info@owllight-sleep.com within 3 hours. We will require image proof of the defected Owllight product with its original box and plastic packaging within the image frame.
• We offer a 100-Nights Trial policy for most products, except customised order.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 100 nights.

• Refunds will be processed when we have received the product back at one of our warehouses or associated charities.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our website, including all content, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Owllight or our licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from our website without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
