1. Refund Policy
- QUALITY ISSUES: Full refund (including shipping costs) within 7 days of delivery for structural defects in the quality of the mattress. 15 days for free replacement/repair.
- Non-Quality Issues: Cancellation within 24 hours of signing the contract at no charge. After production starts, 30%-50% of the cost incurred will be charged as liquidated damages. 2.
2. Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery period: 45 days after design confirmation and deposit payment.
- Delayed delivery: 0.5% of the total contract amount per day as liquidated damages. The contract can be terminated unconditionally if the delay exceeds 30 days.
3. Performance period constraints
Acceptance period: Consumers need to complete the acceptance within 48 hours after receipt of goods, late as the default qualified
Warranty period: the main structure of the mattress enjoys a 15-year warranty.
Dispute period: quality disputes need to be found within 30 days after the discovery of the problem contact us to inform us of your needs.
